What started as a small, family-owned painting business in 2015 has grown into a full-service renovation company, offering everything from expert painting services to complete home and commercial renovations. At the heart of our journey is a dedication to hard work and a deep-rooted belief in treating every project with care, no matter how big or small.

The story of Hills Painting & Maintenance is one of humble beginnings. Our founder, Ricco Hill and his brother Tony Hill, started the company with just a paintbrush, a bucket of tools, and a dream to provide quality painting services to the community. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to always doing things the right way, we quickly earned the trust of our clients and began expanding our services.

As our reputation grew, so did our capabilities. We became a licensed builder and expanded our expertise to include full home renovations, commercial projects, and specialized services designed to create healthier living environments. Today, we are proud to serve both residential and commercial clients with a wide range of services, always staying true to our roots of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. 

Hill’s Painting & Maintenance LLC is a family-owned operated company. The Hill family comes from a blue-collar background. Ricco Hill worked for a Painting company after attending Wayne State in 2005. He trained with several top-notch professionals in their respective fields of construction. Tony Hill later joined Ricco honing their skills for years. Ricco and Tony have always valued hard work and family from a young age. Like most small businesses, they experienced slow times during the winter months. This is when Ricco decided they must take matters into their own hands. Hill’s Painting & Maintenance was established in 2014 in Warren, MI. While working, Ricco attended school for a business degree and also acquired his builders license They have worked countless hours to build a company from the ground up based on hard work and integrity. Fortunately, the company has grown from being only painters to
being able to handle your renovation needs.

Ricco believes all of the people who work on the crews and behind the scenes are part of a big family. They are invested in each other. Hill’s Painting & Maintenance strongly believes in giving back to the community. Every year they donate labor and materials to a family in need. They also donate and team up with local charities and organizations, such as Forgotten Harvest, the Michigan Gators football team, ACL Corn Hole, and underprivileged elementary schools so the children do not have to go without during the winter months.
